In this short interview with Bill Goldberg he describes how Steve Jobs in late 1983 came in to the service department at Apple and explained how computer servicing jobs would be made obsolete by the upcoming Macintosh which wouldn't need servicing (listen to the piece for the punchline). Bill also describes what happened the day at Apple in 1985 when it was announced that Steve Jobs was leaving the company.
